Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of service booking unless otherwise arranged. Prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If you are unsatisfied with a delivered service within seven days of delivery, contact us for a review
- If we are unable to deliver a service due to circumstances within our control
- If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and before work has commenced
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Services already rendered or partially completed may be subject to partial refunds at our discretion.
